As soon as your booking is confirmed, we allocate funds to the following non-refundable expenses:

- 🏨 Hotel Reservations (Guaranteed Check-in at Partner Hotels)
- 🛂 Visa Processing Fees (Embassy Charges)
- 🍽️ Food & Catering Advances
- 🏛️ Government Taxes (GST & Legal Compliance)
